Tony is a Certified Home and Commercial Building Inspector as well as a Mold and Air Quality Testing Inspector with over twenty years of experience in Building Renovations, Property Management and as a Contractor Estimator. Having owned and managed both residential and commercial buildings, he is familiar with all aspects of proper building construction, local building codes and necessary on-going building maintenance.

He is trained and certified by Inspect-4-U, a training institute which equips Inspectors for Residential Home Inspections, Commercial Building Inspections, Mold Inspections, Air Quality Testing and Infra-Red Thermal Imaging.

A member of Internachi - a National Association of Professional Home & Commercial Building Inspectors which require yearly testing and on-going training to meet the International Standards Of Practice and to abide by the organization’s Code of Ethics.
