Tony's inspection skills detected some electrical problems of which I was unaware which could have caused a fire. I contacted an electrician who agreed with his findings and the electrical entrance was replaced. My insurance company sent an inspector the day before the entrance was replaced. They also agreed and said, without replacing it, they would not have insured me. After I sent pictures to the Insurance company, they sent me a letter thanking me for doing the upgrade and have continued my insurance.
